Arrest Summary Excerpt: "On 06/21/2017, at approximately 2308 hours, I responded to the Mobil gas station located at 4275 Mariner Boulevard, Spring Hill, in Hernando County, Florida. A call was received in reference to a white male unconscious behind the wheel of a vehicle in the parking lot. Upon arrival, contact was made with the driver and sole occupant of the vehicles the defendant, Brian Savarese.
The defendant's identity was confirmed via his Florida driver's license and his social security number. A routine wants/warrants check revealed the defendant to have an active Hernando County Writ of Bodily Attachment for Child Support, case #2015-DR-002206. The Writ was confirmed and removed from FCIC/NCIC by Operator 12.
The defendant was placed under arrest for the Writ and was transported to the Hernando County Detention Center without incident. Per the Writ, the defendant is being held with a $660.00 cash purge.
It should be noted that the defendant was also arrested under an additional Writ of Bodily Attachment under HCSO case #2017-18804 and DUI Possession of a Controlled Substance under HCSO Case 2017-18802."

Arrest Summary Excerpt: "On today's date was dispatched to McDonald's located at 11055 Spring Hill Drive. Upon arrival contact was made with employees who advised there was a female possibly doing narcotics and they wanted her removed from the business. At that time Deputy Mauro and I made contact with the defendant, Mindy Miller, who appeared to be under the influence of a narcotic substance. The defendant was asked if we could search her bag, at which time located a small Ziploc baggie containing three blue tablets marked GG258, which a check of drugs.com advised them to be Alprazolam, 1 mg tablets, which is a schedule IV narcotic. As I grabbed the baggie the defendant stated, "That's my Alprazolam, and I don't have a prescription for it." While attempting to secure the defendant with handcuffs, the defendant continued to pull her hands away and turn around to prevent me from placing her into custody; however, I was able to use the corner of the wall to prevent her from turning around and was able to secure her with handcuffs. As Deputy Mauro attempted to walk her to the patrol vehicle, the defendant again became irate and appeared to pull away from Deputy Mauro, at which time assisted to transport her to the patrol vehicle where again, the defendant refused to get inside the patrol vehicle. Deputy Mauro and were able to eventually get her into the back of the patrol vehicle.
I transported the defendant to the Hernando County Jail. While en route to the jail the defendant attempted to move her dress around and kept stating, "I'm on my period and I'm going to bleed all over your seat, you f*cking loser." The defendant also advised that she would "beat the rap after I talk to the judge in the morning because three pills aren't sh*t." It should also be noted that the defendant would only yell profanities at this deputy. The defendant was given a court date of 7/17/2017 at 0830 hours in courtroom E. The defendant was given a total bond of $6,000."

Arrest Summary Excerpt: "On 06/23/2017, while I was turning from Spring Hill Dr. onto Kenlake Dr. observed the defendant who recognized to be trespassed from the 7-Eleven located at 6016 Spring Hill Dr, Spring Hill, FL 34606, in the 7-Eleven parking lot, with a 7-Eleven cup from inside the store. The defendant provided his name, date of birth, and social security number for positive identification. The defendant did advise me that he was warned from the property; therefore I asked what that meant. The defendant then advised me he was trespassed from the 7-Eleven in the past. A computer check revealed the defendant was issued a trespass warning from this address on 04/14/2015 (Case #-2015-10214). The defendant was then taken into custody for trespass after warning and transported to the Hernando County Jail.
The defendant was provided a court date of 07119/2017 at the Hernando County Courthouse in room B at 9:00am. The defendant is currently being held on a $500.00 bond."

Arrest Summary Excerpt: "On 6/23/2017, I had a consensual encounter with the defendant who l observed standing along the roadway. Upon contact with the defendant asked him if he had anything illegal on his person and he stated he did not. He stated that he, "smokes the h*ll out of marijuana," but said he had none on him. A consensual pat down for weapons revealed numerous folding knives. I also felt what I believed to be a small baggie in his right front coin pocket. He then consented to a search which revealed a small baggie of what later field tested positive for methamphetamine. The small baggie was later weighed at the jail and had a total weight of 0.6 grams while weighed with the baggie.
The defendant was then taken into custody and transported to the Hernando County Jail and charged accordingly. He was issued a court date of 721/2017 at 1315 hours in Courtroom D."

Arrest Summary Excerpt: "On 6/23/2017, responded to 1249 Waterfall Drive, Spring Hill, in reference to information received that a white male, later identified as the defendant, Miguel Angel Gavilanes, was in the driver seat of a 2004 Jeep Cherokee bearing FL tag 7505VX and appeared to be unconscious and slumped over.
Upon arrival contact was made with Miguel, who was conscious and awake at the time of my arrival. While speaking with the defendant through the open driver side window, I detected a strong odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle. Upon asking the defendant if there was anything illegal in the car he stated "no" and consented to a search of the vehicle.
On the passenger side of the vehicle I did locate a black backpack which contained a clear baggie. Within the clear baggie was a green leafy like substance. Directly behind the driver seat located at a red backpack which contained a green container with the words "Medical Cannabis” on it. Within said container was a green leafy like substance as well as a small baggie containing 2 different rectangle shaped tablets. I observed the first tablet to be yellow and to have the imprint "R039" and the other to be green and have the imprint "S903'.
Upon asking the defendant if he had a prescription for the Alprazolam he stated "no."
A field test of the green leafy like substance did reveal a positive presence of marijuana. A query of "Drugs.com” did reveal both tablets to be Alprazolam 2mg.
The defendant was then transported to the Hernando County Jail. Once at the jail the green leafy like substance was weighed on a certified scale, which did reveal its weight to be 6.8 grams. The total weight of the green rectangular tablets was .6 grams. The total weight of the yellow rectangular tablets was 1.0 grams.
The defendant was then issued a court date of 07/21/2017 and also held on a bond of $3000."

Arrest Summary Excerpt: "On 06242017 at approximately 0135 hours the victim stated after returning home from work, she observed the defendant asleep on the couch. The victim stated that when she tried to wake the defendant, he became very irate for an unknown reason. The defendant then hit her in the left side of her face while standing in the living room then knocking her to the ground. The victim stated that she then got up and retreated to the bathroom to separate herself from the defendant. The victim then stated that the defendant then followed her into the bathroom, where he then pushed her again and kicked her. Sometime between this altercation, the victim claimed she was slapped by the defendant.
The victim then advised she was able to get past the defendant and run outside of the residence to call 911. The victim did have some minor swelling to the left side of her face along with some abrasions to her right calf and a small abrasion to her left ankle. The victim refused any medical treatment that was offered to her and her injuries were photographed.
Based on the victim's injuries, the defendant, who was intoxicated, was taken into custody and transported to the Hernando County Jail."

Arrest Summary Excerpt: "On 06/24/2017, responded to 6084 Old California Street in reference to a verbal disturbance. Upon my arrival at the residence contact was made with the complainant, Judith Price. Judith advised that she had been arguing with her nephew, Brian Maxwell, about his drug usage.
Judith went on to explain that Brian was in the bathroom and asked him to speak with us. Brian walked in to the living room and sat on the couch. While speaking with him about his drug habits, he stated that he has not been "high" in two days, at which time Brian handed his backpack over to me stating, "If you want to search my backpack go ahead."
A search of the bag yielded a one inch by one inch plastic bag containing a crystal like substance consistent with that of Methamphetamines. A field test of the substance tested positive for Methamphetamines.
Brian was subsequently arrested and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident and is being held on a $5,000.00 bond. Brian was also provided with a court date of 07/21/2017 at 1315 hours in Courtroom D.
The Methamphetamines were weighed via scale serial # 23392 located in the jail totaling to 0.8 grams."

Arrest Summary Excerpt: "On 06/24/2017, responded to 13069 Hanley Drive in Spring Hill in reference to a domestic battery (dating violence-related).
Upon arrival, contact was made with Joseph Malave, the victim. Joseph indicated that Richard Schreier, the defendant, is his domestic partner and has been residing with him at his residence for approximately nine years; he also stated that he and the defendant have been in a romantic relationship for the past nine years. According to Joseph, he opened his garage door so that he could leave the residence, whereupon the defendant approached him, advising him that he wanted to grab a drink from the refrigerator inside of the residence's garage. Joseph advised he typically keeps the garage door locked and indicated that the garage area is off-limits to the defendant and the other occupants inside of his residence. According to Joseph, he blocked the doorway and advised the defendant not to go inside of the garage. Joseph stated that the defendant then proceeded to approach him and push him out of the way.
Joseph provided video surveillance footage inside of the house, which attested to his account of the incident and has been submitted to Evidence. I did observe the defendant pushing Joseph out of the doorway.
Contact was then established with Richard Schreier, the defendant. Richard admitted to pushing Joseph out of the way, in order to enter the garage area of the residence.
It should be noted that no injuries were observed on either parties.
The defendant was subsequently arrested and transported to the Hernando County Detention Center where he is being held on a no-bond status due to the offense being domestic in nature.
A Victim's Notification Form was completed and left at the jail. The defendant was issued a misdemeanor court date of 07/19/2017 at 0900 hours."
Attempted to Remove Screen from Window and the Children Started Screaming for Their Parents.

Arrest Summary Excerpt: "On 06/26/2017, the defendant went to 9257 Antrim St. to look for her friend Christine. The defendant then began to remove the screen from the window located to the right of the front door. The victim's children, Carson Hughes (7yoa), Justyss Dawson (4yoa), and Cadence Hughes (5yoa) observed the defendant under the curtilage of the front of the house attempting to remove the screen from the front window. At that time they started screaming for their parents. The victim (Jemel Morris) walked into the living room and observed the defendant trying to pry the screen from the window with her hands. The victim confronted the defendant and the defendant fled the area. The victim then contacted the Sheriff's Office.
The victim followed the suspect to the area of 94.08 Carthage Rd. Contact was made with the defendant who agreed to speak with me. The defendant admitted to going to the residence and once she was there, she said she became jealous and attempted to get into the house and started to remove the screen.
The defendant was placed under arrest for Residential Burglary and transported to the District II Office to be interviewed reference to another residential burglary at the same residence. (2017-19160). The defendant was then transported to the Hernando County Jail and held on a $15,000 Bond. The defendant was given a felony court date of 07/21/2017, in Courtroom D at 1315 hours."
