Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 8/3/2017, responded to 20106 Hall Dr. in reference to a complaint of battery.
Contact was made with the victim, Fredrick Stanley, who advised his girlfriend of two years, with whom he resides with as a family, engaged him in a verbal altercation in their shared bedroom, over him wanting to play video games instead of spend time with her. The victim advised he was physically pushed out of the bedroom by the defendant, who used two hands to push him on his chest until he left the bedroom. The victim stated the defendant also intentionally spit on him during the altercation. The incident was witnessed by a third party, and post Miranda, the defendant admitted to the battery and signed a sworn written statement to these facts.
The defendant was transported to the Hernando County Jail, where she is being held on no bond, and a was given a court date 83OI2017 at 0900 hours.”
Traffic Stop at Library Leads to Drug Arrest

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 08/04/2017 responded to the Spring Hill Library located at 9220 Spring Hill Drive in reference to a reckless driver. Prior to my arrival it was advised that an off duty Hernando County Sheriff’s deputy was following a car which was swerving and driving off the road. It was also advised that said car had come to a stop at the library.
Upon arrival contact was made with the off duty deputy who advised that the observed the driver of the vehicle to be Michael Kenyon, the defendant, and the passenger to be Whitney Sonnay, the co-defendant. It was also advised that upon making contact the defendant, he was observed to be holding a pill bottle, which was on the roof of the car upon my arrival. Upon speaking the defendant he advised that he was tired and that was the reason for his driving infraction. Upon observing the pill bottle on the roof observed there to be 2 green pills with the imprint “N15” and 2 white pills with the imprint “Pod8”. The label of the pill bottle revealed it to be a prescription for Docusate Sodium 100mg.
A query of drugs.com revealed the green pills with the imprint “N15” to be Morphine Sulfate 15mg, which is a schedule 2 controlled substance. Drugs.com also revealed the white pills with the imprint “Pod8’ to be Dilaudid 8mg, which is a schedule 2 controlled substance. Upon speaking the defendant he advised that pill bottle was his and that he did not have a prescription for either of the aforementioned pill.
Upon querying the defendant’s driver’s license, it was revealed that his license was revoked on 06/04/2007 due to failure to submit medical report as required. It was also advised that the defendant had knowledge due to a previous citation for DWLSR.
The defendant was then taken into custody and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident. The defendant was held on a bond of $6000 and also given a court date of 08/28/2017.”
Running A Stop Sign Leads to Driving without a License and Marijuana Arrest

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 08/01/2017 at approximately 2322 hours during routine patrol, observed a red Jeep Liberty fail to stop for a stop sign while traveling east on Oakdale Avenue, making a left hand turn on East Avenue. I observed the vehicle make a right hand turn on Oakdale Avenue and conducted a lawful traffic stop on the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle was identified as the defendant, Kenneth Dale Stewart. The defendant’s identification was confirmed by name, date of birth, and Social Security number. The defendant admitted that he did not have a valid driver’s license. After the defendant was placed into custody, he admitted he may be in possession of marijuana, a green leafy substance was later found in the defendant’s pocket. The green leafy substance later tested positive to be marijuana with a total weight of 0.9 grams. The defendant was transported to the Hernando County jail without incident.
The defendant is being held on a bond of $1,000.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 08/04/2017 at approximately 1848 hours, while patrolling the area of Spring Hill Drive and Deltona Boulevard, within Hernando County, I did observe a green 1997 BMW bearing FL tag BJYT67 travelling westbound on Spring Hill Drive. As the vehicle passed my location, lobserved the vehicle to be operating on the roadway with only one illuminating break light. Affiant conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle; at which time, contact was made with defendant driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, Joshua James Lane. When asked for his driver’s license, Patrick provided a FL identification card and spontaneously uttered, “I do not have a valid driver’s license. I was already given a citation for this around March.” I then conducted a driver’s license record search which revealed that defendant does not hold a valid Florida driver’s license. Affiant conducted a Hernando County Sheriff’s office database search which revealed that the defendant was issued misdemeanor citation A7EGOE on 3.20/2017 and charged with Knowingly driving while license suspended or revoked.
Affiant then placed the defendant under arrest for the charge of driving a motor vehicle upon the highways of this state while such license or privilege was cancelled, in violation of Florida Statute 322.34(2)(a). The defendant was issued Criminal Traffic Citation #A8AOUEE for DWLSR.
Prior to placing the defendant in my agency issued patrol vehicle, I conducted a search incident to arrest on the defendant which yielded negative results. I advised the defendant as to whether he had any items of contraband or paraphernalia on his person to which he stated, “no.” The defendant was then transported to the Hernando County Detention Center.
Once at the jail and prior to entering the sally port, the defendant stated, “I have a pipe in between my legs.” The defendant then shook his lower extremities; at which time, affiant observed a silver in color pipe that contained a burnt residue, fall from his right pant leg sleeve. Affiant then field tested the silver pipe which yielded positive for the presence of THC.
The defendant was then charged with possession of paraphernalia in violation of Florida Statutes 893.145 and 893.147; The defendant was given a $1,000.00 bond for the possession of paraphernalia and a $500.00 bond for the driving while license suspended or revoked.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 08/05/2017, at 1310 hours, I observed the defendant’s vehicle to be traveling westbound on Cortez Blvd approaching Hunt Lane. While using my automatic license plate reader, I received a hit on the license plate that was attached to the vehicle. This hit advised that there was an expired license plate and that the registered owner of the vehicle had a suspended Florida Drivers License. This was confirmed through DHSMV records.
was able to determine that the defendant was the registered owner of the vehicle.
Upon contacted the defendant, she advised that she was aware that her Florida Driver’s License was suspended. As she was digging through her purse for her Florida Identification card, I did observe in plain view a glass crack pipe within the purse. This pipe did have residue and field tested positive. The defendant was arrested for DWLSIR and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 08-06-17, observed a white Chevrolet Silverado LS (FL #3209TS) traveling north on Mariner Boulevard near Landover Boulevard with one headlight out. I conducted a traffic stop which the driver stopped on Lola Drive, just east of Mariner Boulevard. made contact with the driverlocodefendant and identified him as, Nicholas Joseph Hartley who was arrested for driving with suspended license with knowledge. While speaking with the codefendant detected a smell of burnt marijuana which the codefendant advised he was unsure if any was in the vehicle due to it not being his but that they had smoked marijuana previously in the day. I then observed the passenger located in the front passenger seat who was identified at the defendant, Trenton Faulkner, to be very nervous, being very sweaty and shaking while he was attempting to locate the vehicle’s registration.
Both subjects were removed from the vehicle which the defendant advised he was the owner of the vehicle. A search of the vehicle was then completed in which a SD memory card containing a small clear plastic bag which contained a clear crystal substance was observed stuffed between the front passenger seat and the front middle seat where the defendant was located. The substance field tested positive for methamphetamine which was later weighed totaling 0.3 grams including packaging.
The defendant was advised his Miranda rights via agency issued card. Post Miranda the defendant advised that the “dope” did not belong to him or the codefendant. The defendant advised that other people drive his vehicle but he did not specify who.
Contact was then made with the codefendant who was advised his Miranda rights via agency issued card. Post Miranda the codefendant advised that the methamphetamine did not belong to him and he was unsure if the defendant was the owner or not. The codefendant advised the vehicle belonged to the defendant therefore he would believe the methamphetamine could possibly be his.
I placed the defendant under arrest and transported him to the Hernando County Jail without incident which he is being held on $5,000.”

SCOTT, JASON DANIEL

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “Your Affiant then met with the victim, who advised that between 08/05/2017 at 1200 hours up until this date at 1400 hours, the defendant had been battering her numerous times during several arguments within the residence. Most recently, on this date at approximately 1400 hours, she was arguing with the defendant and he grabbed her by the throat with an open hand and pushed her backwards. The victim advised her airway was not cut off and she did not lose consciousness. During this time he was also spitting in her face and threw her on the floor several times. The victim advised the defendant had struck her and threw her on the floor numerous times, utilizing both opened and closed hands, and she further stated that he had just been arrested several weeks ago for battering her.
Your Affiant did observe, in plain view, bruising to the right side of her neck, bruising to her left hand, and several bruises on her left thigh. I also observed two scratches to the lower part of her back. I did take several photographs of these injuries. The victim did not require medical assistance for these injuries.
Your Affiant did check ACISS revealing that the defendant was arrested for Aggravated Assault on the victim on 05/25/2017 under HCSO case 2017-15838. the defendant was also arrested for Domestic Battery on the victim on 06/07/2017 under HCSO case 2017-17315.
Both arrests were made in Hernando County.
Your Affiant then made contact with the defendant at his residence located at 12460 Pipit Road. I read him Miranda Warning from a pre-printed card, where he advised he understood his rights and that he would answer questions.
The defendant only advised that he and the victim had an argument today and yesterday, and he never laid a hand on her. He advised he did not see her with any bruises on or about her body and that they slept in the same bed last night.
Your Affiant did note that the bruising described was clearly visible.
The defendant did advise that he had been arrested twice this year. Once for Aggravated Assault against this victim, and once at a separate time for Domestic Battery on this victim. He advised he plead Guilty regarding the Domestic Battery charge.
Your Affiant then placed the defendant under arrest where he was transported to the Hernando County Jail, without incident.”
