Altercation Started over Facebook SMITH, JAMES IRVEN III YOB: 1982 TATTOO: “TRENTON” CHARGES: DOMESTIC BATTERY

Arrested at 05/18/2018 01:26 xxxx CANTERBURY ST, SPRING HILL

Arrest Summary: “On 05182018 I responded to xxxx Canterbury Street in reference to a battery complaint. The defendant, James Smith III, and Heather were engaged in a verbal altercation over each of them contacting other males and females on Facebook. The defendant struck the victim on her forehead with his forehead against her will causing minor injuries. Contact was made with the victim, Heather, who stated the defendant struck her during the argument. Heather provided a sworn written statement. Photographs were taken of Heather’s injuries. Contact was made with the defendant, James Smith III. The defendant stated during the course of the verbal altercation his forehead did make contact with the victim’s forehead. The defendant provided a sworn written statement. The defendant was later placed under arrest for Battery (domestic) and transported to the Hernando County Jail where he is being held on no bond.”

He Took Her Cell Phone and Forced Her to Follow Him

RANDOLPH, RUOSHAWN YOB: 1984 TATTOO: SOUTH CHARGES: BURGLARY-CONVEYANCE, GRAND THEFT, BATTERY Arrested at 05/18/2018 14:33 9400 SPRING HILL DR, SPRING HILL

Arrest Summary: “The victim stated that the defendant, who is her ex-boyfriend that she was in a romantic relationship with until February 2018, followed her to the 7-Eleven located at 6016 Spring Hill Drive, and reached inside her open window, removing her keys from the ignition and taking her cell phone. The defendant told the victim to wait for him until he came out of the store. Upon exiting the store, the defendant returned the victim’s keys to her, but not the cell phone, and instructed her to follow him to his house, located at 9400 Spring Hill Drive. The victim followed the defendant to that location and, upon their arrival, she exited the vehicle and the defendant began yelling at her, striking her with a closed fist to the face and head area, body, arms, and left knee. The defendant also grabbed the victim by the neck and lifted her off of the ground. The victim stated that she did not lose consciousness, nor the ability to breath. The defendant returned the victim’s cell phone to her and she left the area and returned home. The defendant was located at his residence at 9400 Spring Hill Drive and placed into custody for battery, per Florida State Statute 784.03(2), and transported to the Hernando County Jail, where he was booked for the above charge, as well as burglary of a conveyance per Florida State Statute 810.02 and grand theft per Florida State Statute 812.014(2)(c)1. The defendant was held without bond for the charge of battery, a bond of $5,000.00 for the charge of burglary of a conveyance, and a bond of $2,000.00 for the charge of grand theft, per the bond schedule. The defendant was provided a court date of 06/12/2018 at 0900 hours.”

SWAIN, JENNIFER DENISE YOB: 1979 TATTOO: ROSES WITH BUTTERFLY / RIGHT CALF CHARGE: GRAND THEFT

Arrested at 05/20/2018 10:59 8376 BLACKSTONE ST, SPRING HILL

Arrest Summary: “The victim Bruce advised that the defendant, Jennifer Swain (his roommate), stole his Oxycodone medication, by emptying the prescription bottle that was filled on May 16, 2018 and replacing them with Lamotrigine which is a medication for Bi-Polar. The prescription was for 120 tablets of 5 mg Oxycodone’s. Upon making contact with the defendant I did read her Miranda warning via the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office issued card. The defendant advised she did understand the Miranda warning and did agree to speak to me reference this case. The defendant did advise that she did retrieve the victim’s medications from CVS Pharmacy. The defendant stole 24 of the Oxycodone’s from the prescription bottle prior to giving it to the victim. The defendant then emptied the prescription bottle and stole the rest of the Oxycodone’s. The defendant then advised she replaced the Oxycodone’s with Lamotrigine 25 mg which looks similar to the Oxycodone’s she stole. The defendant was then arrested for the above charges and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident. The defendant has a court date of 06/26/2018 at 0900 hours in Courtroom D. The defendant was given a bond of $2000.00.”

POSEY, AMANDA M YOB: 1982 CHARGES: DRIVE WHILE LIC SUSP 2ND OFF, POSSESSION DRUG PARAPHERNALIA

Arrested at 05/18/2018 18:38 1485 COMMERCIAL WAY, SPRING HILL

Arrest Summary: “On 5/18/18, law enforcement was called to the Walmart Super Center located at 1485 Commercial Way, Spring Hill, Hernando County, Florida in reference to a suspicious vehicle described as a white Mitsubishi 4 door vehicle, with a male in the front passenger seat, who appeared to be bleeding and passed out. The vehicle was also described to be at the end of the row near the Wine and Spirits. Upon arrival, I observed the vehicle in question bearing Florida Tag HUVA89, with a female driver, and a male passenger in the front seat, who appeared to be covering his face as if he were wounded. The vehicle was backing out of a parking space, and I also noticed the headlight to be taped together, as if it were broken. The vehicle was then found in a different parking space, in which contact was made with the female driver, identified as the defendant. When asked for an identification, the female stated she did not have a driver’s license, and identified herself via her name, date of birth, and social security number. It was learned the defendant did not have a valid license and was suspended on 10/10/2011. I then noticed a hypodermic needle on the floor, in which the defendant admitted to “tossing” it due to being afraid when she saw law enforcement. The needle tested positive for methamphetamine using Reagant Test Kit C. The defendant was taken into custody for driving while licensed suspended with knowledge prior conviction and possession of paraphernalia. She was transported to the Hernando County Detention Center without incident where and is currently being held on a $2,000.00 bond.”

KITTLE, WESLEY EARL YOB: 1975 CHARGE: DOMESTIC BATTERY

Arrested at 05/19/2018 19:45 xxx PONCE DE LEON BLVD, BROOKSVILLE

Arrest Summary: “On 05/19/2017, I responded to the residence located at xxx Ponce De Leon Boulevard Lot #67 in Brooksville, Florida in reference to a battery. Upon arrival, contact was made with the victim, Roseanna, who advised that she was having an ongoing verbal dispute with her husband and the defendant, Wesley Kittle, over him seeing another woman. Roseanna advised that she had gone to apologize to the woman, who happens to be a neighbor, after the defendant had gone to do the same for their behavior. Roseanna advised that the defendant became irate that she had came and began pushing her to their residence. Roseanna advised that once inside of the residence, the defendant pushed her into the closet where she fell and sustained marks and scratches. Roseanna advised that the defendant had then taken her clothes and threw them outside, grabbed her and pushed her outside, where she fell and sustained lacerations which were bleeding to her legs and left elbow. Roseanna advised that the defendant had locked her out of the residence and refused to let her in. Roseanna was observed to have multiple injuries which were consistent with her statement. Contact was made with the defendant who advised that he never touched Roseanna. The defendant advised that Roseanna had followed her and attempted to fight the neighbor Melissa. The defendant advised that neither Roseanna or Melissa touched each other, but that Roseanna was “making a fool” of herself and kept falling. The defendant advised that he did throw Roseanna’s clothes outside of the residence and locked her outside due to him not wanting her around the kids. Upon taking the defendant into custody, he began spontaneously stating that if someone can get away with throwing themselves on the ground and accuse someone of battering them, he will keep that in mind for when he gets out and will do so. The defendant also stated that if Roseanna where to batter him, would she go to jail also. The defendant further stated, “you know what, she did hit me.” The defendant was irate and belligerent with law enforcement while being transported to the Hernando County Jail. The defendant was given the court date of 06/13/2018, in Courtroom C at 0900 hours. The defendant is being held on a no bond status due to the incident being domestic in nature.”

OUELLETTE, JEREMIAH JAMES YOB: 1997 TATTOO: ROMAN NUMERAL II CHARGE: POSS OF MARIJUANA, POSS OF MARIJUANA, POSSESSION DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, FLEEING/ATT ELUDE POLICE OFFICER

Arrested at 05/19/2018 22:44 PINEHURST DR & TARRYTOWN DR, SPRING HILL

Arrest Summary: “On 5/19/18,this affiant attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a tan Ford driven by the defendant, Jeremiah Ouellette (due to the defendant driving carelessly through a residential neighborhood at a high rate of speed). As this affiant activated my emergency lights, the defendant, began to accelerate at an even higher rate of speed throughout a residential neighborhood. The defendant continued his high rate of speed and turned southbound on Pinehurst Dr. The defendant then attempted to pass a black, Dodge pickup truck in a no passing zone, thus colliding with the black, Dodge pickup. After colliding with the pickup truck, the defendant to struck a telephone pole and flipped his vehicle shortly after. As this affiant pulled up to the defendant’s turned over vehicle, this affiant removed the defendant from the driver’s side door and placed him into custody along with the passenger. Hernando County Fire Rescue responded shortly after to treat the defendant’s minor injuries. The defendant stated that he was “scared” because he had “weed.” This affiant was then able to observe a numerous amount of a green leafy substance scattered throughout the road and the trunk of the defendant’s vehicle. This affiant was also able to observe a box of clear plastic bags, a scale, and two glass pipes. The defendant also stated that the glass pipes were his, and he used them to “smoke weed.” The defendant also stated that the scale was his because he “sold” his “weed.” The defendant was placed under arrest for the above offenses and transported to the Hernando County Detention Center. The green leafy substance weighed a total amount of 50.4 grams, and was weighed on a Ohaus scale (model: C305-S, serial number: 47871) at the Detention Center. The green leafy substance also field tested positive for THC (also conducted at the Detention Center) using test kit 7608. The defendant was issued a court date for 6/12/18, in Courtroom D, of the Hernando County Courthouse at 0900 hours. The defendant was also issued a total bond for $10,000.”

K9 was deployed and bit the female passenger of the vehicle

MACK, SARAH MARIE YOB: 1993 TATTOO: SPECIAL CHARGES: BURGLARY DWELLING, TRESPASS IN STRUCTURE/CONVEY, RESIST/OBSTR OFFICER W/O VIOL

Arrested at 05/19/2018 22:38 19259 PHILLIPS RD, MASARYKTOWN

Arrest Summary: “On 05/19/2018, I received information that a stolen vehicle from Pasco County might possibly be in the Masaryktown area of Hernando County. The vehicle in question is a blue Dodge Dakota owned by Michael Strang. I then observed the stolen vehicle traveling northbound on Broad St, within Hernando County. I followed behind the vehicle as it traveled north on Broad St, east on Ayers Rd, then south on Philips Rd. The vehicle then sped eastbound on Phillips Rd and crashed into a fence located at 19137 Phillips Rd, which is owned by Joan Ebbecke, causing damage to the fence. The driver and front seat passenger then fled from the vehicle on foot. A perimeter was set up, and the Air Unit and K9 Unit responded. The two subjects who fled from the stolen vehicle were spotted in the area of 19259 Phillips Rd, which is a fenced-in residential property owned by James Hall. The two subjects climbed over the fence, into James’ property, and hid under the curtilage of a barn-type structure on the property. K9 Deputy S. Miller responded to the area and gave commands for the subjects to surrender; however they refused. The K9 was deployed and bit the female passenger of the vehicle, and both subjects were apprehended. The subjects were identified as Kenneth Harbaugh and Sarah Mack. Post Miranda, Kenneth admitted to driving the vehicle and advised Sarah was the passenger in the vehicle. Kenneth also admitted he and Sarah fled the vehicle on foot, hopped the fence, and went on to James’ property without permission. I attempted to interview Sarah; however, she invoked her Right to have an attorney present during questioning; therefore, she was not interviewed. I made contact with Michael Strang, who advised Sarah did not have permission to be in his vehicle. I made contact with James Hall, who advised Sarah did not have permission to be on his property. Sarah was transported to Bayfront Health Brooksville hospital where she was admitted to the hospital for medical treatment due to the K9 bite. I arrested Sarah and charged her with Trespass in a Conveyance, Resisting a Law Enforcement Officer without Violence, and Burglary of a Dwelling. Bond was set at $12,000. I turned the paperwork over to the jail staff, who was to remain with Sarah while she was admitted at the hospital. Sarah was also charged with Violation of Probation under case # 2018-15395 and arrested for an active warrant under case # 2018-15391.”

Arrest Summary: “On 05/20/2018, while on routine patrol I was driving east bound on Spring Hill Drive in the area of Treehaven Drive when I observed a 2005 black Nissan 4 door vehicle, bearing Florida tag Z54GXX, driving east bound without any tag lights making the Florida tag not visible during night time hours.
