Car Collides with a Business in Spring Hill Resulting in Six Patients Being Injured and transported from the scene.

(Spring Hill, FL) Hernando County Fire Rescue responded to a reported vehicle versus a building at the corner of Spring Hill Dr and Barclay Ave. The business is the Beef O’Brady’s restaurant at 14387 Spring Hill Dr.
Upon arrival, Fire/Rescue crews found a sedan had gone into the structure through the business’ front window. Patients identified at the scene were the driver of the vehicle (sole person in the vehicle) and 5 additional persons sitting outside and inside the restaurant at the time of the incident. Three persons were transported to Bayonet Point Hospital Trauma Center; one critical patient via helicopter and two by ground rescue.
Three additional patients were transported by ground rescue; one patient to Oak Hill Hospital and two to Bayfront Hospital Brooksville. The Incident is being investigated by the Hernando County Sheriffs Office and the
Florida Highway Patrol.
