Summer will be here before we know it, and the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office will again offer R.O.A.R. Summer Day Camps for Hernando County children, ages 6-12.
R.O.A.R. Summer Day Camp applications will be available on, Tuesday, April 23, 2019.

All sessions (at each location) will run from Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. R.O.A.R. Summer Day Camp is an action-packed, fun-filled week for kids, ages 6-12 years. It is FREE to the first 60 registered campers for each session. Preference will be given to Hernando County children who have NEVER attended R.O.A.R. Camp. Each child may only attend one week-long camp session.
Camps will be held at the following locations:
Session 1 – Weeki Wachee High School – June 10-14, 2019
Session 2 – Parrott Middle School – June 17-21, 2019
Session 3 – Powell Middle School – June 24-28, 2019
Session 4 – Springstead High School – July 15-19, 2019.
A confirmation letter will be sent to applicants who have been selected to attend.
