• Deputies responded to:
o Retail Theft – Sav A Lot/Cortez Boulevard/Brooksville – B/M was observed stealing meat from the store – Deputy caught up w/suspect (on a bicycle) at Cortez/Main – Suspect fled on foot, leaving behind numerous bags of stolen meat from Sav A Lot, Walmart, and Publix – Active investigation.
o Violation of Domestic Violence Injunction – 2491 Fairview Road/Spring Hill – Deputies dispatched to a separate call for service observed a male present at this address who they knew was recently served with an Injunction for Protection – Arrest/Male,
o Domestic Battery/Witness Tampering – Shoal Line Boulevard/Occurred in a vehicle while traveling – Male battered female, took her phone and threw it in the canal, then pushed her into the canal – Arrest/Male.
o Aggravated Battery/Felony Criminal Mischief – 27111 Fernery Avenue/Brooksville – Male/12 YOA bashed his mother’s car and numerous things in the area w/a shovel then threw rocks at and bashed his mother with a garden rake – Arrest/Male.
o Intoxicated Person – Lennon/Bethany/Glen Lakes – Male was reportedly crawling in the roadway – When Fire Rescue arrived he began punching and kicking them – Arrest/Male.
• Schools:
o Hernando High – Grand Theft – Arrest.
o Moton Elementary – School Threat/Baker Act (not credible) – Same incident.
o Central High – Overdose/Nude photos sent – HCSO was notified after the fact/unknown where the incident occurred.
