Spring Hill is a growing community, with many new places being built and opened daily. Caffe Connection is one of those with a variety of beverages and food to offer. Located in a prime location off Mariner just past Northcliffe, at 4196 Mariner Blvd, Spring Hill. “We picked this location because we live nearby, the community is growing every day, a lot of traffic goes through here daily, and it also has a variety of ages in the community,” Paulo Compesi said.

Paulo grew up drinking coffee and is originally from Brazil where coffee is apart of many people’s everyday life. He always had a dream to open up a coffee shop, he worked in many bakeries and restaurants throughout life and decided it was time to accomplish his dream. He said, “It’s very different being first-time restaurant owners before you had people telling you what to do and where things went, but now we are in charge of everything,” Paulo Compesi said. He believes if you have a dream to always chase it and to take the steps to achieve it.

They have a wide variety of food and drinks to offer, with ten different teas in store, smoothies and several roasts of coffee beans. They offer different whole beans from around the world. They also have bakery items such as muffins, fresh baked cookies, donuts and offer lunch specials, like deli sandwiches and chips. All drinks are made to order and they offer a variety of fresh ingredients.  The cafe has amazing prices and good portion sizes. They are open daily Monday through Saturday from 8:00 A.M to 4:00 P.M and Sundays from 9:00 A.M to 2:00 P.M.

To Paulo, coffee is much more than a drink. “Coffee is a way to connect people and memories. Our cafe brings the two together,” Compesi said. The name “Caffe Connection” comes from that.

Paulo wants to be able to give back to the community and is planning on working with organizations in the near future to achieve this. “A Community is all about everyone helping each other and coming together,” Compesi said.

The cafe is a bright and friendly environment where everyone is chatting and enjoying each other’s company. A happy and friendly staff also makes the visit enjoyable. They frequently check on customers to make sure they have everything they need. As soon as you walk in the door, the staff is there to greet you with a friendly smile. The cafe is spacious and has plenty of seating for guests to relax and enjoy time with family and friends.  If you are in the area, stop by and enjoy a delicious fresh snack, coffee or tea.

They have a facebook page called Caffe Connection and a website www.caffeconnection.com where you can find more information and menus.

Caffe connection is the place to be where you can enjoy a nice drink or snack, make new memories with friends and family or plug away at your laptop, knowing a good cup of coffee is within reach to keep you going.
