Carmela received many nominations from patients and staff members who felt she truly represented the Daisy Award well. Here are some of the comments from her nominations;

-“She was so calming, reassuring, kind, professional and knowledgeable. Carmela had a wonderful sense of humor. She was/is our angel.”

-“My patient said that Carmela took the time with her, listened to her, made her feel a little more at ease with her troubles at home and health issues. Carmela made a difference in this patient’s life.”

Every day, Carmela shows her clinical skills in her department, but she has gone above and beyond to help our patients and staff members.
