The Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) voted 5-0 to approve the rezoning of three parcels on the southwest corner of Croom Road and McIntyre Road to allow for use of the property as a General Store / Market for organic, locally grown vegetables and meat with a small Brewery and Beer Garden. The current residential home will be renovated to accommodate a small sandwich shop/cafe (no more than 40 seats) with adequate parking and drainage.

Two of the parcels are currently zoned C-3 and one zoned Agricultural.  The new designations will be PDP-C1 (Neighborhood Commercial).

Property owner Bill Hart envisions the store and sandwich shop serving visitors to Cloverleaf and the Brooksville Golf and Country Club.
