“Dawn Center is hosting its 10th annual Night of Hope Fundraising event. The event features a silent auction, wine tasting, craft beer tasting, plated dinner, and a DJ for musical entertainment,” said Shannon Sokolowski, Dawn Center executive director.  “This year’s event will be held at the beautiful WellCome OM center and grounds.”

And as guests enjoy fine wine, delicious food and the chance to win any number of valuable prizes, they’ll be supporting a good cause. “All event proceeds support Dawn Center’s services to survivors of domestic and sexual violence. All services provided by Dawn Center are offered at no-cost to the survivor so there is never a financial barrier to receiving help,” said Sokolowski.

Tickets for A Night of Hope are $55 per person/$100 per couple ($65 at the door). In addition, event sponsorships are available at five different levels, and people are encouraged to donate auction items that take the form of a prize, experience or service.

“While the COVID-19 pandemic has been challenging for many businesses (especially nonprofits), Dawn Center is proud that there has been no interruption in program services for survivors throughout 2020-2021. Your support helps ensure it will stay that way,” said Sokolowski.
