Two men and a woman are facing multiple drug charges after they were arrested at a residence in Brooksville.
On Dec. 17 acting on a warrant, members of the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) Vice and Narcotic Unit searched a residence at 7127 Young St. in connection with a seven-month investigation which confirmed that drug activity had been taking place at that address.
During the search, detectives discovered more than 290 grams of methamphetamine, 23 oxycodone pills, 77 Alprazolam pills, more than 57 grams of marijuana, multiple items of paraphernalia and $18,377 in cash.
As the result of the search, 27-year-old Lucas Hernandez, Anthony Fontaine, 53 and 49-year old Nikki Myers were arrested.
Myers was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, more than 28 grams, trafficking in oxycodone, felony possession of marijuana, possession of the controlled substance Alprazolam, and possession of paraphernalia.
Hernandez was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine more than 200 grams, possession with intent to sell, possession of paraphernalia, possession of a conveyance for the sale of narcotics and unlawful use of a two-way communication device.
Fontaine was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine over 200 grams, possession with intent to sell, possession of paraphernalia, possession of a structure for the sale of narcotics, unlawful use of a two-way communication device, possession of the controlled substance Alprazolam, trafficking the controlled substance oxycodone and felony possession of marijuana.
During the investigation that led to the search warrant, Fontaine was also charged with two counts each of selling methamphetamine, possession of a two-way communication device, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of a structure for the sale of narcotics.
Their cases are pending.
