A two-year-old boy has been reported missing in the area of Cheever Road and Yontz Road in north Brooksville.

Deputies are assisting in recovering the child.  Law enforcement reports that the boy may have left his home while his parent was asleep for approximately one hour.

The boy was wearing a gray batman shirt and dark gray pants, and he has curly blonde hair.

The sheriff’s office asks that residents check around the outside of their properties to see if the toddler is out there.

PLEASE CALL 9-1-1 IF YOU SPOT THE TODDLER.
