Former 82nd Airborne paratrooper Herb Robinson’s 12 years with Marine Corps League 708’s Honor Guard was saluted this past week at the Spring Hill Ruby Tuesday. Herbie (pictured above) participated in almost 6,000 Honor Guard ceremonies with full military honors for deceased veterans— the folding of the flag, rifle salute, and a bugle’s plaintive Taps. “When he was sick, he came.
