More beautiful homes. More top-notch builders. More ways to see, experience and research the models. The 2024 Hernando Parade of Homes is an improved and enhanced showcase of some of the most amazing homes currently available on the Hernando housing market.
“This year, we have more participating local builders, offering more models,” said Event chairperson Halie Eaton of ProbuiltU.S.
Sunrise Propane and the Hernando Builders Association are proud to present the 2024 Hernando Parade of Homes. Models are open Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Sunday, 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., February 23 to March 10, 2024. For the locations of all the entries, go to 2024 Parade of Homes Map.
Eaton is proud to present models that come complete with a wide range of beautiful, elegant accents, sizes, and price points.
“Our homes range from 1300 to 4100 square feet in size,” said Eaton. “And at a large range of prices. And while the majority of models are three bedroom, two bathroom, builders can customize their floor plans according to customer demand.”
Also expanded this year are the options available for showing and seeing Parade homes. “This year, we have 11 brick-and-mortar models and five virtual,” said Eaton. “One of our new brick-and-mortar models, the beautiful Artistic Homes Grand Cayman II, is sure to be popular. And if they choose, potential home buyers can learn all of the information they need about every model without leaving their home by visiting our website: www.paradeofhomesnaturecoast.com.”
Furthermore, Eaton feels that the Parade of Homes provides a prime spotlight for regional builders.
“The Parade features local, family-owned builders,” she said. “Many people prefer the personalized experience they provide, as opposed to an experience working with a big conglomerated company.”
Indeed, each Parade of Homes listing comes complete with model name, address, and photos, builder name, contact info and website, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, living square feet, and distinguishing model features, plus the maps and directions that pinpoint the location of each home. In addition, many builders offer listings that come complete with video tours, 3D models and photo slideshows.
“It’s so much fun for people to take these tours, either virtually or in person,” said Nita Beckwith-Melaugh, CEO of the Hernando Builders Association. The HBA’s mission is to represent the interests of the building industry and the general public within Florida’s Hernando County. HBA membership consists of builders (large and small), engineers, bankers, subcontractors, suppliers, and various other companies.
Whatever option they choose for viewing these models, guests are sure to enjoy this year’s Parade of Homes offerings, which are situated throughout Brooksville and Spring Hill.
“This year’s Parade of Homes will be amazing,” said Beckwith-Melaugh. “The builders’ offerings are so unique. They are really stepping it up, showcasing different things than they’ve seen in the past.”
These homes, Beckwith-Melaugh emphasizes, are offered in the setting of a thriving community. “It’s shaping up to be a great year in the home marketplace, especially for buyers,” she said. “And in a great, always growing place. I love Hernando County.”
Andy L. Carr, VP of Growth and Development for Sunrise Propane, is proud to be a part of the Parade of Homes. “Sunrise Propane is proud once again to be the presenting Platinum sponsor of the 2024 Hernando Builders Association Parade of Homes. We enjoy working with all of the builders in Hernando County and providing energy-efficient, cost-effective Propane for all of their clients’ needs,” he said. “It’s a pleasure working with and supporting builders that take great pride in their workmanship as we do.
Along with that, we enjoy working with organizations that give back to their community through all of the charitable events the Hernando Builders Association does throughout the year. We’re looking forward to another fantastic Parade of Homes again this year!”
