On April 3, County Commissioners approved the rezoning of a 7.2-acre undeveloped property in Spring Hill from Planned Development Project-Recreational- PDP(REC), to PDP Single Family- PDP(SF). Southern Valley Homes, LLC requested the rezoning of the property located on the east side of Waterfall Drive, north of Placid Street, south of Page Lane and west of Baton Ave. The Future Land Use Map designates the property as residential. Southern Valley Homes intends to build a residential subdivision with ten .5-acre lots.
