Attention KAYLA LOPEZ and any other unknown owners:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Sheriff of Hernando County has seized the following property which is subject to Notice Requirements for violation for Florida Statutes §§932.701-932.7062: SIX THOUSAND SEVENTY DOLLARS AND SIXTY NINE CENTS ($6,070.69) UNITED STATES CURRENCY AND THIRTY SIX GIFT CARDS VALUED AT TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETEEN DOLLARS AND SEVEN CENTS ($2219.07). The HERNANDO COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE has filed a Forfeiture Complaint in rem against the above referenced property which is required by law to be titled or registered or which may otherwise be subject to a perfected security interest in accordance with Florida Statutes §679..
Any and all claimants to the property listed above, including any and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title, or interest in the property herein described are required to file a written response with the Clerk of Court and to serve a copy of any such response no later than twenty (20) days after this publishing is posted on Joel D. Fritton, Esquire, Hernando County Sheriff’s Office at 18900 Cortez Boulevard, Brooksville, FL 34601, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
