NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Brooksville, Florida, will hold a public meeting on August 3, 2020, at 8:00 p.m., or thereafter, in the Joseph E. Johnston, III, City Council Chambers, 201 Howell Avenue. The purpose of this public meeting is to provide for public participation in review and evaluation of the Facilities Plan Amendment to be submitted to the State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan program in support of the proposed Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Phase Four. The Facilities Plan Amendment provides an overview of the City utility system, the history of the Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation project, the current situation facing the utility system, and the proposed Phase Four Rehabilitation plans.
Interested parties may attend the public meeting. All persons wishing to speak will be given an opportunity to do so following a brief presentation. This proposed facilities plan amendment will be included in the August 3, 2020 Council agenda packet and available for review the week of July 27, 2020 on the City of Brooksville’s website. You are advised that if a person decides to appeal any decision with respect to any matter considered at these proceedings, he will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
