NOTICE OF SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to an Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure Against Richard A. Warnock and Deana R. Slettvet entered on May 1, 2020 and an Ex Parte Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on July 31, 2020 in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Hernando County, Florida, the Clerk of this Court, Doug Chorvat, Jr., will sell the property at public sale on   September 22, 2020  at 11:00 a.m. in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT THE HERNANDO COUNTY COURTHOUSE, ROOM 245, 20 N. MAIN STREET, BROOKSVILLE, FLORIDA 34601, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

Parcel 3: A piece of land lying in and being a part of Section 36, Township 21 South, Range 18 East, Hernando County, Florida, being described as follows:

Commence at the Southwest corner of the Northwest ¼ of Section 36, Township 21 South, Range 18 East, thence North 00°06’16″West along the West line of the Northwest ¼ of said Section 36 a distance of 50.00 feet, thence South 89°43’18″East a distance of 50.00 feet to a point on the East right-of-way line of Perimeter Drive, said point also being the POINT OF BEGINNING.  Thence North 00°06’16″West along said right-of-way line a distance of 72.00 feet, Thence South 89°43’19″East leaving said right-of-way line a distance of 200.00 feet, Thence North 00°06’16″West a distance of 140.00 feet, Thence South 89°43’18″East a distance of 414.40 feet, Thence South 00°10’27″East a distance of 212.01 feet to a point on the North right-of-way line of Centralia Road.   Thence North 89°43’18” West along said right-of-way line a distance of 614.66 feet to a point on the East right-of-way line of Perimeter Road, said point also being the POINT OF BEGINNING.

TOGETHER WITH an easement for ingress and egress over the following described property:
Commence at the Northeast corner of the above described property, thence run North 00°10’27″West a distance of 104 feet, thence run West, parallel with the North line of the above described Parcel 3, 15 feet to a point, thence run South 00°10’27″East a distance of 104 feet to the North boundary line of the above described Parcel 3, thence run South 89°43’18″East along said North boundary a distance of 15 feet, more or less, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
