VIRTUAL PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE USDA RURAL DEVELOPMENT COMMUNITY FACILITIES LOAN AND GRANT PROGRAM APPLICATION Notice is hereby given that a virtual public meeting will be held on Monday, October 19, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the City of Brooksville’s Joseph E. John- ston, III, Council Chambers (City Hall) located at 201 Howell Ave. Brooks- ville, Florida 34601, to discuss the USDA Rural Development Community Facilities Loan and Grant Program Application. This meeting is for the sole purpose of discussing the USDA Rural Devel- opment Community Facilities Loan and Grant application in the amount of $320,000 for funding to purchase a mini-pumper as identified in the FY 2021-2025 Capital Improvement Plan. Also discussed will be consideration of approval of the delivery of a del- egation letter. Please check the City’s website for the posting of the virtual meeting link. All persons wishing to be heard please take notice. You are advised that if a person decides to appeal any decision with respect to any matter considered at these proceedings, he will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
