The name of the decedent, the designation of the court in which the administration of the estate is pending, and the file number are indicated above. The address of the court is 20 North Main Street, Brooksville, FL 34601. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative’s attorney are listed below.
All persons having claims against this estate who are served with a copy of this notice are required to file with this Court such claim within the later of three months after the date of this first publication of this notice or thirty (30) days after the date of service of a copy of this notice on that person.
Persons having claims against the estate who are not know to the personal representative and whose names or addresses are not reasonably ascertainable, must file all claims against the estate within three (3) months after the date of the first publication of this notice.
