However, any person purporting to have parental rights to the above-named child is hereby notified that a hearing in this matter will take place before the Honorable Cindy S. Scott at the Monongalia County Courthouse, located at 75 High Street 3rd Floor, Morgantown, WV 26505. You may appear at the time of the hearing to defend any such rights if you choose to do so and that if you choose not to participate in the proceedings, your absence may affect your parental and custodial rights to the child.
