TO: All unknown persons who may be heirs, devisees, legatees, grantees, lienors, creditors, trustees, assignees or other claimants of Willie Mae Strother, deceased, Residence Unknown, if alive, and if dead, Willie Mae Strother’s heirs, devisees, grantees, devisees, legatees, lienors creditors, trustees, assignees or other claimants and all other parties claiming interests, by through, under or against Willie Mae Strother, and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to the above-styled foreclosure action by the above-named Plaintiff and encumbering the following described property in Hernando County, Florida:
Lot 14, SUNSHINE TERRACE UNIT 2, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 67, Public Records of Hernando County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it on Plaintiff’s attorney, Richard B. Storfer, Esquire, of the firm of Rice Pugatch Robinson Storfer & Cohen, PLLC, whose address is 101 NE 3rd Avenue, Suite 1800, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida 33301, on or before March 31 2021, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorneys or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
