Little Rock Cannery: First Responders

This class is a thank you to all of our first responders for your hard work and dedication throughout these difficult times. This class will be open to Firefighters, Police, and Emergency Medical Staff. You will be asked to provide proof of service. We will be pressure canning a meat based complete meal in this class. It will be based upon market price and examples include beef stew, pork pot roast, or taco meat. Each participant will go home with one jar of our final product. This is a hands on class. Price: $10.00 This class is limited to a max 12 persons. Classes are non-refundable
