The Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing to consider a variance request on June 8, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. in the John Law Ayers County Commission Chambers, Government Complex, 20 N. Main Street, Brooksville, Florida.
PETITIONER: Mercely Devabavus

PURPOSE: Variance to Article IV (Zoning District Regulations), Section 2 (Residential Districts), Appendix A (Zoning) to construct a new single-family residence allowing the total maximum lot building area to go from 35% to 50%.
GENERAL LOCATION: West side of Gulf Winds Circle, across from Bayfront Circle
LEGAL: 3138 Gulf Winds Circle, Gulf Coast Ret Unit 2, Lot 15 as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 89 of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida.
