NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure on Counts I and II, dated December 22, 2021, entered in Civil Case No.: 2019-CA-674 of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein EDWARD JOHN MARTIN, is Plaintiff, and SUNSHINE STATE DEALS, INC., a Florida corporation, as Trustee of The 2097 Mariner Blvd Land Trust u/t/d 02/21/17; JEFF R. CONWAY a/k/a JEFF RYAN CONWAY a/k/a JEFFREY RYAN CONWAY a/k/a JEFFERY RYAN CONWAY, an individual, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main Street, Room 245, Brooksville, Florida 34601, at 11:00 AM, on the 15th day of February, 2022, the following described real property, including the building, appurtenance, and fixtures located therein at the public sale, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
