This cause came on to be heard on the 17th day of December 2021, upon the Motion Evidentiary Hearing filed on behalf of the Petitioners, Reanna Crystal Elizabeth Harron and Michael Allen Harron. Based upon the statements of counsel for the Petitioners, and the entire record in this cause, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED as follows:
1. The whereabouts of the Respondent, Zacchary Louis Boone, are unknown, and therefore, he cannot be personally served with process.
2. Publication shall be made for four (4) consecutive weeks in Hernando Sun, a newspaper published in Spring Hill, Hernando County, Florida, requiring ZACCHARY LOUIS BOONE, to appear before the Judge of said Court on or before thirty (30) days from the date of
last publication hereof and make defense to the Complaint filed in this above cause, which seeks a Termination of Parenting Rights, or otherwise said Petition will be taken for confessed and cause proceeded with ex parte.
3. Publication shall be made for four (4) consecutive weeks in Bradenton Herarold, a newspaper published in Manatee County, Florida, requiring ZACCHARY LOUIS BOONE, to appear before the Judge of said Court on or before thirty (30) days from the date of last publication hereof and make defense to the Complaint filed in this above cause, which seeks a Termination of Parental Rights, or otherwise said Petition will be taken for confessed and cause proceeded with ex parte.
4. Further matters are hereby reserved.
