The Live Oak Theatre production of “Newsies!” has had big success with ticket sales, establishing a milestone in the history of the theatre.
“For the first time in Live Oak History, it appears that we will sell out all performances two weeks before opening night,” recently reported Live Oak spokesman Vince Vanni.
To create more seating, they built up the gallery in the theatre and added an extra row of seats for every performance.
Vanni now reports that all shows are entirely sold out even with the extra seating installed.
Opening night for “Newsies!” is March 18.
Live Oak Theatre Company (LOT) is a not-for-profit 501 (C) (3) repertory company of local artists, located at the Carol and Frank Morsani Center for the Arts, 21030 Cortez Boulevard, Brooksville.
