NOTICE TO PUBLIC OF ATTORNEY/CLIENT SESSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, the Board of County Commissioners of Hernando County, Florida, will hold an attorney/client session to discuss strategy related to litigation pertaining to Hernando County v. Hernando County Fair Association, Inc., Case No. H-27-CA-22-338 in the Hernando County Circuit Court, and Hernando County v. Hernando County Fair Association, Inc., Case No. H-27-CC-21-1454 in the Hernando County Court, on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at 8:30 a.m., in Room 462 of the Hernando County Government Center, 20 North Main Street, Brooksville, Florida. The attending parties shall be all members of the Hernando County Board of County Commissioners: Steve Champion, John Allocco, Elizabeth Narverud, Wayne Dukes, and Jeff Holcomb; County Administrator Jeff Rogers; Deputy County Administrator Tobey Phillips; County Attorney Jon Jouben and Assistant County Attorney Kyle Benda, Attorneys for Hernando County. The attorney/client session is closed to the public. The entire session shall be recorded by a certified court reporter and the transcript shall be filed with the Clerk for the Board, Docket No. 22-01-BCC. Said transcript shall remain sealed until the cases have concluded.
