TO: RONALD J. BLARDO, ESTATE OF KATHLEEN ST. MARTIN and ROBERT K. HANSEN, as Trustee of the William K. Hansen Revocable Trust dated 10/15/1991, their unknown devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming by, through, under, or against them and all others whom it may concern:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to real property has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in Hernando County, Florida. The case is styled Weagle v. Blardo, et al., Case No. 2022 CA 153 and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Darryl W. Johnston, Esquire, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose mailing address is: Johnston Law Group, P.A., 29 S. Brooksville Avenue, Brooksville, FL 34601, on or before June 17, 2022, and to file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
