NOTICE TO PUBLIC OF MEETING AND ATTORNEY/CLIENT SESSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, the Hernando County Housing Authority Board of Commissioners, Hernando County, Florida, will hold a Regular meeting and Attorney/Client session to discuss pending litigation on Monday, July 25, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. at the Hernando County Government Center, County Commission Chambers (John Law Ayers room) located at 20 N. Main Street, Brooksville, Florida. The attending parties shall be members of the Hernando County Housing Authority Board of Commissioners: Paul Sullivan, David Gonzalez, and Shaun Andrew; Executive Director Terri Beverly, Jessica Flynn, Attorney Richard Harrison, and Attorney Alexandra MacLennan. Any of the attending parties listed may appear telephonically. The Attorney/Client session is closed to the public. The entire Attorney/Client session shall be recorded by a certified court reporter and the transcript shall be filed with the Clerk for the Board. Said transcript shall remain sealed until the litigation is concluded.
