On Friday June 8, 2018 Hernando Sun attended the Boys2Men Awards Banquet, held at the Women’s Club on Main Street in Downtown Brooksville. Ms. Kimberly Kincade and Ms. Sherri Collins, born and raised in Hernando County and have strong ties in the community. They came together five years ago and started Boys2Men Foundation Incorporation nonprofit. The young men and women that join the camp are provided with mentoring, discipline, education and help with a chance to play sports with an organized structured camp at a cheaper cost. Boys2Men works hard with the kids to educate and get them ready for adulthood with manners, respect, responsibility, perform at their very best and to excel in their futures to be whatever they want to be. Both Ms Kincade and Ms. Collins wanted to help the community and low income families with multiple children, so that all the children in the community could have a chance to participate in sports and programs that they offer.

Boys2Men holds car wash events, fundraisers, accept donations from local businesses and restaurants. The staff, coaches, teams, cheer squads and families all get involved in the events that are held for Boys2Men. Boys2Men is always open for new sponsors and ideas for any upcoming events.
