PURSUANT TO FLORIDA STATUTE 737.3054
IN RE: CHERIE ANGEL HOPE TERRELL IRREVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT dated AUGUST 16, 2004.
All interested persons are hereby notified that Cherie Angel Hope Terrell, a resident of Hernando County, Florida, died on August 26, 2022, and that she was the Grantor of the CHERIE ANGEL HOPE TERRELL IRREVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT dated August 16, 2004 The name and address of the Successor Trustee serving at the time of the Grantor’s death, and the attorney for the Successor Trustee, are set forth below.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT;
ALL CREDITORS OF THE DECEASED GRANTOR AND OTHER PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS OR DEMANDS AGAINST DECEASED GRANTOR MUST FILE THEIR CLAIMS WITH THE TRUSTEE, WHOSE NAME APPEARS BELOW, BY ANY FORM OF MAIL REQUIRING A SIGNED RECEIPT, IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 737.3054.
All other creditors of the deceased grantor and persons having claims or demands against the estate of the deceased grantor must serve their claims with the Trustee, whose name appears below, by any form of mail requiring a signed receipt, in accordance with Florida Statute 737.3054.
ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
