Primary Election August 28th, 2018

The primary elections are being held tomorrow, August 28th, 2018. Several Hernando County offices will also be elected during this primary: the Circuit Judge 5th Judicial Circuit and the School Board Members for Districts 1, 3, and 5. 

The School Board District 3 race may be on the November ballot, if none of the three candidates receives more than 50% of the vote. The two candidates with the highest vote totals will then face off in November. 

If you don’t vote in the primary you will be losing your opportunity to select these individuals.
