NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF
RESOLUTION NO. 2023-52
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Hernando County Florida, at its duly held public hearing on March 14, 2023 at 9:00 a.m., in the County Commission Chambers, Room 160, Hernando County Administration Building, 20 North Main Street, Hernando County, Brooksville, Florida, adopted RESOLUTION NO. 2023-52 to vacate, abandon, renounce and disclaim any ownership rights of the County and public in and to the hereinafter described portion of right-of-way:
TRACT A, WOODLAND WATERS PHASE 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 36 & 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO A 25’ COUNTY OWNED BUFFER ON THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF TRACT “A”, TOGETHER WITH A 20’ WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT FROM THE NORTHERN BOUNDARY OF TRACT “A” TO THE 25’ COUNTY OWNED EASEMENT ON THE SOUTHERN BOUNDARY WITH THE EASEMENT’S WESTERN BOUNDARY ALONG THE WESTERN PROPERTY LINE OF TRACT “A”.
AND, said Resolution hereby renounces any right of the County and the public in and to the aforesaid land.
