Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 15, 2023, in the Circuit Court of Hernando County, Florida, Doug Chorvat, Jr., Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hernando County, Florida described as:
LOT 62, WELLINGTON AT SEVEN HILLS PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE(S) 36 THROUGH 38, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 468 MISTWOOD CT, SPRING HILL, FL 34609; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Hernando County Courthouse, Room 245, Brooksville, FL 34601, on October 10, 2023 at 11:00 am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
