The crêperie is located in downtown Brooksville, but it reminds one of a trip to France. The decor is upside-down umbrellas hanging from the high ceilings and pictures and posters that represent the mature, fun side of France.
The menu offers both savory and sweet options. There are also dessert crepes and some baked goods. On the sweet side are crepes filled with fruit and other delicious fillings. The Strawberry Fields Forever crepe is filled with strawberries, lemon cream and whipped cream, drizzled with chocolate and powdered with sugar. The Blue My Mind is similar except with blueberries instead of strawberries.
On the savory side, there were eggs and cheese, chick salad, mild buffalo chicken and fried chicken-filled crepes. Crepe Omelette du Fromage was filled with eggs and cheese, a mild cheese sauce, and strewn with pieces of bacon. The Crepe Omelette du Fromage was all that plus bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes. Both of these crepes come with salsa and sour cream.
If you are looking for a meal that is slightly different than the everyday American fair, this is the place for you. They also offer a gluten-free option for crepes.
