Auction is with credit/debit card payments only. The auction will be listed and advertised on www.storagetreasures.com. All purchased items are sold as is, where is, and must be removed within 48 hours. A $100 refundable cleaning deposit is required. Sale is subject to cancellation in the event of a settlement with the tenant
