We, our Sovereign Council [Church of Hope] inform for the record, pursuant to Florida Statue 458 Medical Practice, 458.303 “Provisions not applicable to other practitioners; exceptions, etc.— (g) The practice of the religious tenets of any church in this state.” Our Monastic Order subscribes to the religious tenets of monastic/scriptural herbal and dietary counsel, hygiene, and prayer as tenets of our religion. Equally, our Sacred Monastic Order, Church of Hope, Inc. [N15000007558] teaches these religious principles to our members and we meet the requirements of Section 1005.06(1)(f), Florida Statutes and Rule 6E-5.001, Florida Administrative Code as not under the jurisdiction or purview of the Commission for Independent Education and are not required to obtain licensure. Our members may offer these private blessings and services in their vocation (call to God), counseling services, or chaplaincy as part of pastoral and sacerdotal duties.
