NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that subcommittee members of the Hernando County Transportation Disadvantaged Local Coordinating Board (TDLCB) will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, beginning at 2:30 p.m. at the Hernando County Building Division Training Facility, 1661 Blaise Drive, Brooksville, Florida. The purpose of the subcommittee is to develop an outline to identify ways to more effectively assist the transportation disadvantaged. The recommendations of the subcommittee will be presented to the TDLCB Board for consideration.
All meetings are open to the public. Any person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Hernando County Transportation Disadvantaged Local Coordinating Board (TDLCB) with regard to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, said person will need a record of the proceeding, and that, for such purpose, said person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, Section 286.0105 F.S.
