NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE dated April 18, 2024 entered in Civil Action CASE NUMBER: 2023-CA-001711, Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial, in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein JENNAN REAL ESTATE LLC, a Pennsylvania Limited Liability Company; JOHN M. HENNINGER; RIVERVIEW TOWN CENTER, LLC, a Florida limited liability company; SILVERTHORN/HERNANDO HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC, a Florida not-for-profit corporation, and all unknown parties claiming by, through or under or against the above named persons, who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties claim as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, spouses or other claimants, are named parties and named defendants, I, Doug Chorvat, Jr., Clerk of the above entitled Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder, or bidders, for cash, at sale on public sale on August 20, 2024 beginning at 11:00 a.m. to the highest bidder for cash at Room 245 of the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main Street, Brooksville, Florida 34601, after giving notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statue, to –Wit, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure situate in Orange County, Florida to-wit:
