TO: JESSICA L. PROWANT and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST the Estate of KEVIN PROWANT A/K/A KEVIN LEE PROWANT A/K/A KEVIN L. PROWANT
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Partition of Heirs Property concerning the real property: bearing Parcel ID Number R32-422-20-0000-0420-0000 , with an address of 6291 NEFF LAKE RD , BROOKSVILLE, FL 34601-7848 , and is the Land referred to herein below situated in the County of HERNANDO , State of Florida , and is described as follows: For a Point of Beginning, being 315 feet North of the South line of the SE 1/4 of Fractional Section 32, Township 22 South, Range 20 East, on the dividing line between the E 1/2 of the SE 1/4 AND the W 1/2 of the SE 1/4, thence continue North 00°11’51” East on said dividing line between the E 1/2 of SE 1/4 and the W 1/2 of the SE 1/4, a distance of 152 feet, more or less, to a point 1155 feet South of the NE corner of said W 1/2 of SE 1/4, thence N 89°26’34” West 356 feet, thence South 00°11’51” West, 152 feet, more or less, to a point that is North 89°26’34” West 356 feet from the Point of Beginning, thence South 89°26’34” East, 356 feet to the Point of Beginning, lying in and being a part of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Fractional Section 32, Township 22 South, Range 20 East, HERNANDO County, Florida; AND Commence at the South 1/4 corner of Section 32, Township 22 South, Range 20 East, run thence South 89°26’34” East, 1333.45 feet to a concrete monument, thence run North 00°11’51” East 315.00 feet to a Point of Beginning, which is also designated by a concrete monument, run thence North 89°26’34” West 356.00 feet, thence South 00°11’51” West 50 feet, thence South 89°26’34” East 356.00 feet, thence North 00°11’51” East 50 feet to the Point of Beginning, lying in and being a part of the W 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Fractional Section 32, Township 22 South, Range 20 East, HERNANDO County, Florida ; (“Subject Property”); has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Karen E. Leonardo, Esq., plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 10002 Cortez Blvd., Spring Hill, Florida, on or before JULY 12, 2024, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
