NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE HERNANDO COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY FOR ADOPTION OF
ANNUAL AND FIVE-YEAR PLAN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hernando County Housing Authority will hold a public hearing on Monday August 26, 2024, at approximately 3:00 pm at the Hernando County Housing Authority located at 621 West Jefferson Street, Brooksville, Florida 34601 to consider the following:
THE PURPOSE OF THE HEARING IS TO RECEIVE COMMENTS ON THE HOUSING AUTHORITY’S ANNUAL (FY 2024) AND FIVE-YEAR PLAN (2024-2028) AS REQUIRED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT UNDER 24 CFR PART 903.5 AND 24 CFR PART 903.7.
THE PROPOSED PLAN may be inspected by the public at the Housing Authority’s office web site located at www.hernandocounty/housing.
YOU HAVE THE RIGHT to appear and be heard at the public hearing at the Hernando County Housing Authority located at 621 West Jefferson Street, Brooksville, Florida 34601 and/or send a written comments to the Housing Authority Commission at 621 West Jefferson Street Brooksville, Florida 34601.
YOU ARE FURTHER ADVISED that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Commissioners of the Hernando County Housing Authority, with respect to the subject matter of the hearing, that person will need a record of the proceedings. And that for such purpose, that person will need to ensure a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
