PURSUANT TO FLORIDA STATUTE 737.3054
IN RE: THE DOUGLAS LINDROS SPECIAL NEEDS IRREVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT, DATED DEC. 30, 2020.
All interested persons are hereby notified that DOUGLAS LINDROS, a resident of Hernando County, Florida, died on November 10th, 2023, and he was the Grantor of the THE DOUGLAS LINDROS SPECIAL NEEDS IRREVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT, DATED DECEMBER 30TH, 2020. The name and address of the Trustee serving at the time of the Grantor’s death, and the attorney for the Trustee, are set forth below.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT; ALL CREDITORS OF THE DECEASED GRANTOR AND OTHER PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS OR DEMANDS AGAINST DECEASED GRANTOR MUST FILE THEIR CLAIMS WITH THE TRUSTEE, WHOSE NAME APPEARS BELOW, BY ANY FORM OF MAIL REQUIRING A SIGNED RECEIPT, IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 737.3054.
All other creditors of the deceased grantor and persons having claims or demands against the estate of the deceased grantor must serve their claims with the Trustee, whose name appears below, by any form of mail requiring a signed receipt, in accordance with Florida Statute 737.3054.
ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
