INVITATION TO BID: AD Morgan, the Construction Manager, invites your company to provide a proposal for the Pasco-Hernando State College Bookstore Renovations at the following campuses.
Project Locations:
– Porter Campus – 2727 Mansfield Blvd • Wesley Chapel, FL, 33543
– North Campus – 11415 Ponce de Leon Boulevard • Brooksville, FL, 34601
– Spring Hill – 450 Beverly Court • Spring Hill, FL, 34606
Work includes interior renovations to the (3) bookstores, across three campuses. Trades include selective demolition, drywall/framing, ACT ceilings, painting, flooring, and electrical.
BID DOCUMENTS: The bid documents are available through the A.D. Morgan Corporation’s Building Connected Website. All interested bidders can send an email to [email protected] to receive a link to all the bid documents. It is the responsibility of all the vendors and bidders to make sure they visit the site regularly for updates. All revisions will be posted on Building Connected and a notice sent out electronically by email.
PREQUALIFICATION: All Bidders must be currently prequalified with A.D. Morgan Corporation. To confirm your status contact Kevin Monsen at [email protected] . Prequalification Forms can be found on our website at www.admorgan.com and click on Subcontractor Zone or you can request a copy of the form. All Prequalifications must be submitted seven (7) days prior to the bid date.
SEALED BIDS will be received at A.D. Morgans office until 12:00 PM, Thursday, October 17, 2024, at 716 N. Renelie Dr., Tampa Florida 33609. Bidders must provide (1) original and (1) copy. Late bids will not be accepted or opened. All bids will be opened with a representative from the college.
A.D. Morgan Corporation reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities in any bid.
