INVITATION TO BID – Brooksville Army National Guard – Parking Expansion
A.D. Morgan Corporation, the Construction Manager, invites your company to bid Brooksville Army National Guard – Parking Expansion. The project will develop a vacant property into a 1,575 square yard non-organizational parking lot for the adjacent National Guard Facility. The work consists of sitework, electrical, plumbing, fencing, and landscaping.
BID DOCUMENTS: The bid documents are available thru A.D. Morgan Corporations’ Building Connected Website. All interested bidders can send an email to [email protected] to receive a link to all the bid documents.
PREQUALIFICATION: All Bidders must be currently prequalified with A.D. Morgan Corporation. To confirm your status contact Jeremy Warner at [email protected] and you will receive link to Compass for Prequalification’s.
SITE VISIT: A non-mandatory site visit will be conducted prior to the bid date at the project location. Please email [email protected], if you would like to attend.
BID BONDING: All bids exceeding $50,000 will be required to provide a 100% performance and payment bond.
SEALED BIDS should be electronically through the building connected website no later than 12:00 PM December 5, 2024, through Building Connected. Do not email, mail, or fax bids.
