NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Kass Circle Community Redevelopment Agency is conducting a public meeting on Tuesday December 17, 2024, beginning at 3:00 pm or shortly after in the John Law Ayers County Commission Chambers, Hernando County Government Center, 20 North Main Street, Room 160, Brooksville, Florida 34601. The purpose of the meeting will be to approve the Kass Circle CRA meeting schedule for 2025.
All meetings are open to the public. Any questions concerning this public meeting should be directed to Haydee Padin-Alvarez, Community Development Specialist, Hernando County Health and Human Services, 621 West Jefferson Street, Brooksville, Florida 34601 or by telephone at 352-540-4388 ext. 14008, email: [email protected]. The meeting agenda may be viewed online at www.hernandocounty.us – follow the Board Agendas and Minutes link to the specific public hearing.
If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board, Agency or Commission with respect to any matter considered at such hearing, meeting or workshop, said person will need a record of the proceeding, and that, for such purpose, said person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony any evidence upon which the appeal is based.
