NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 10, 2024, entered in Case No. 2024-CA-000354, of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein Greenspring Capital Management, LLC, not in its individual capacity, but solely as administrator of RMH 2023-2 Trust is the Plaintiff and Unknown Beneficiaries, Heirs, Spouses, Devisees, Grantees, Creditors, and All Other Parties claiming by, through, under or against the Estate of Theodore A. Ross; Theodore Anthony Ross, IV; Christina Marie Ross f/k/a Christina M. Arslan; David A. Ross; Stephen E Ross; Hernando County; and High Point Community Property Owners, Inc., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Circuit Court for Hernando County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in a public sale, at the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main Street, Room 245, Brooksville, FL 34601, beginning at 11:00 AM, on January 09, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
