Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 10, 2024, in the Circuit Court of Hernando County, Florida, Doug Chorvat, Jr., Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hernando County, Florida described as:
EAST 1/2 TRACT 9, OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF EPPLEY SUBDIVISION UNIT 2, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THE EAST 2 OF THE EAST OF THE SOUTHEAST 1 OF THE NORTHEAST 4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 22 SOUTH RANGE 18 EAST, HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS THE NORTHERLY 25 FEET THEREOF FOR ROADWAY.
and commonly known as: 13140 MOON ROAD, BROOKSVILLE, FL 34613; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Hernando County Courthouse, Room 245, Brooksville, FL 34601, on January 23, 2025 at 11:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
