NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 2, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2024 CA 82 in the Circuit Court of Hernando County, Florida, wherein LAURENCE DAVIS and RUTH DAVIS are the Plaintiffs, and DAVIS DEL VALLE FEITES PANTE is the Defendant, I will sell to the best and highest bidder, for cash, at 11:00 a.m., Eastern Time, in Room 245, Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main Street, Brooksville, FL 34601, on the 4th day of February 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
