Notice is given that, pursuant to section 744.534, Florida Statutes, unclaimed guardianship funds of $1,487.28 are being held for Estate of ANTHONY MOLINA in the registry of court, deposited per order of September 9, 2024, authorizing guardian pf the property to act to disburse funds, in the Guardianship of IRIS M. SANTIAGO; case number 2023-GA-36.
Six months after the posting of the first publication of this notice, the Clerk of the Court will deposit these funds with the Department of Financial Services after deducting fees and any costs of publication. Any person or entity entitled to such funds may obtain them by compliance with the applicable provisions of Section 744.534, Fla. Stat., within 10 years from the date of deposit with the Department of Financial Services, after which time the funds will escheat to the state.
